Game Progress & Data

Your puzzle progress is saved using an anonymous device identifier. We do not guarantee permanent storage of your game data. Progress may be lost if you uninstall the app or reset your device. We reserve the right to reset leaderboards or progress data during major updates.

Updates & Availability

We may release updates to the app from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the app. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times, and we reserve the right to discontinue it with reasonable notice.

Children

Brainy Puzzle Collection is suitable for all ages. Children under 13 should use the app only with parental or guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

App Store Terms

Your download and use of the app is also subject to the terms of the platform from which you downloaded it (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). In the event of any conflict between these terms and the platform's terms, the platform's terms shall govern with respect to your relationship with that platform.
